Periodic notes on diligence, cap tables, governance and structure in MENA.
Not a newsletter in the usual sense. No weekly cadence, no roundups, no links to other people's content. A note goes out when there is a mechanism worth explaining or a pattern worth naming. Some months that is twice. Some months it is zero.
